A meal full of iron! Spinach with Lamb Mince… A festive meal

Spinach is a green leaf vegetable, a rich source of iron.

Some people do not like to eat spinach because of its taste. Try cooking with meat or mince, taste very delicious.

Spinach with lamb mince is good combination of meal. Its tastes beautiful and give you full nutrients. The easy cooking recipe of ‘Lamb Mince with Spinach’ is as follow:

Main Ingredients:

Lamb Mince   ½ Kg

Spinach  1 Kg

Onion    2 medium size

Tomato  4 medium size – chop them in small pieces / a can of chopped tomato

Easy Method

Cut onion in small pieces, Take a heavy bottomed pan. Put half cup of oil and heat it in heavy bottomed pan.

When oil get hot, put onion inside the oil. Take mince and place in the middle f the pan.

Put tomato on top of mince.

Add salt, red pepper powder/black pepper powder, turmeric powder and dry coriander grounded.

Also add ginger-garlic paste 2 tea spoons- this is good for flavoring and get the maximum taste!!

After that cover pan with the lid for 10 minutes. Use SLOW fire when covered

After 10 minutes – Open the lid cover and fry mince for about 10 minutes.

Keep frying until the oil is separated from the mince (it roughly takes about 10 -15 minutes)

Wash Spinach, and put on top of mince and then again cover the lid for 10 minutes. Use SLOW fire when covered

At the end after 10 minutes, open it and mix it all with mince, and fry on slow fire for about 5 more minutes to get the better taste!!!

The tasty Spinach with mince is ready in 30 minutes… serve it with bread or tortilla roll.
