Design Criteria of Double Pipe Heat Exchangers

This standard covers the minimum mandatory requirements for the thermal and mechanical design of new double pipe and multitube hairpin heat exchangers (hereinafter referred to as exchangers). It does not cover exchangers that undergo repairs or alterations.
