A friend’s choice, Finger licking ‘Vegetable Chicken Pasta’.

Pasta is a favorite dish all over the world. Every part of the continent has different method to make pasta.

A new recipe is added for pasta lovers, pasta with chicken!!! Yes this is a new dish from a friend to all of you.

Well during lockdown all over the word, we may not visit our friends. But still we can share recipes with them to show your love to them, and how much you miss them on a meal !!!

For ‘Vegetable Chicken Pasta’ you need the following items:

Pasta                                                                                 500 grams

Carrots                                                                            100 grams

Green Capsicum (known as green pepper)           150 grams

Green peas                                                                        100 grams

Cabbage                                                                              100 grams

Boneless chicken                                                             250 grams

Oil for frying                                                                    1/4 cup only

Tomato 1 medium size

Onion 1 medium size

Boil the chicken and cut it in small cubes

Chop carrots and green pepper in small cubes as shown 

Wash cabbage thoroughly and cut it in very thin slices.

Boil green peas in a separate pot – to add later

Take a deep bottomed pan, add oil of 2 table spoon. When the oil is heated carrots and green pepper and Cabbage. Add salt, black pepper and Chinese salt to you taste. Cook vegetables for 12-15 minutes on very slow fire.

Add boneless chicken and green peas and cook for 5 minutes.

Take another fry pan, chopped tomato and onion, and add ginger garlic paste about 1 spoon. Add oil 1 spoon and fry for 10 minutes. Cover it with lid and leave on low fire.

After 10 minutes, when the tomato and onion are cooked. Also add this paste in chicken and vegetable mixture.

In a separate pot, add 1.5 liter water and boil it. When water is started to boil, add pasta in it also add one spoon oil. This is just keep pasta separate. Boil pasta for 8-12 minutes. Once the pasta is boiled and cooked, drain the water and separate pasta in a pot.  Wait one minute for the water is fully dried.

Now finally add pasta in the vegetable and chicken mixture. Mix it very well with a spoon. and ready to serve. Serve it will ketchup, mayonnaise and cold drink with your friends.
