Selection of Valves

This Standard covers limitations on the selection of all valves normally
classified under Saudi Aramco Materials System (SAMS) Class 04. This will
normally include ball, butterfly, check, choke, diaphragm, gate, globe, needle, and plug valves used for on-off, for manual control service or for prevention of reverse flow, as appropriate.
