ADD FRUITS IN YOUR DAILY DIET

Salad is an important starter before the main meal. A Salad made of fruits is a healthy choice.

Let us have a look a quick healthy recipes of fruits “Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Banana
  2. Strawberry
  3. Apple
  4. Pineapple
  5. Melon

Take a medium sized Bowl. Cut banana in round slices. Chop strawberry, apple and melon in to small cubes and mix them with banana. Cut Pineapple in small cubes. You can add more fruits like kiwi, mango, Pomegranate, apricot, peach, pear, guava, raspberry, blueberry, plum or dates. Cut and mix all the fruits together in a bowl. Make sure the ratio of the fruit is in proportion. You can always change the ratio of the fruit that you like the most. I like apple so I added apple a slightly more. An apple is also a healthy fruit.

Add single or double fresh cream into the fruit mixture according to the fruits. Try not to put too much of cream in it. When you feel that all the fruits are almost coated with cream, that’s enough for fruit salad.

Add a pinch of table salt and black pepper. This is for the taste only. You can also serve it without any added spices.

Once it is ready, serve it before the main meal. You can also serve it as a quick snack in the afternoon. After when you are tired of work in the office, a fruit snack will boost your energy and will keep you active after work.  You can also eat fruit salad before you are going for exercise. You will feel light but energetic.
