A mouth watering recipe | Fruit Chat | Immune Booster
When you think of a healthy food, fruits are the first thing that comes in your mind.
Today I will tell you how to make something very special and unique with fruits. The name of the recipe is ‘A mouth watering Fruit Chat’
Ingredients you need is just the fruits. Get all the fruits you like, I would prefer to have apple, banana, strawberry, kiwi, grapes, and cherry (you can add more fruits depend on seasonal availability). A lemon or an orange!!!
Step one is it to get a bowl and cut all the seasonal fruits available in small cubes
Step two to mix them all together in the bowl, make sure the ratio of the fruit is precise
Step three is to add some spices preferably ‘Chat Masala’ (a mixture of herbs mostly used in Asian foods ). You can also use salt and black pepper for taste!
Step four cut the lemon/orange in half and squeeze the juice on the mixed fruits. Lemon is very good for the flavor and helps to boost your immune system.
