Welding Requirements for On-Plot Piping

This standard specifies the welding, heat treatment, Nondestructive Testing
(NDT), and hardness testing requirements for shop and field fabrication and installation, repair, or modification of piping to ASME B31.3. These
requirements are in addition to the requirements of ASME B31.3 and ASME
SEC IX.
